In the event of tour or travel service cancellation, whether due to avoidable or unavoidable circumstances, we kindly request that you inform us via email or phone. The cancellation charges will be applicable from the date we receive the cancellation notification, and the charges will be as follows:

Less than 10 days prior to the travel date: 100% of the package cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

10 to 20 days prior to the travel date: A refund of 25% of your advance payment will be provided.

21 to 45 days prior to the travel date: A refund of 50% of your advance payment will be provided.

More than 45 days prior to the travel date: A full refund of your advance payment will be provided, excluding any processing fees.
Please note that the refund will be processed based on the above-mentioned timeframes and conditions.
